IMG_8546Hi, there! My name is Taylor. Welcome to my unsteady waltz into the world of writing. I graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in International Studies, but left feeling unfinished and unfocused. I came to realize that writing has always stood at the core of what I love, even though I resisted it for years. The content on this blog has been inspired by my journey in finding happiness and meaning. I am currently a Naturalist (Outdoor and Environmental Educator) in the Pacific Northwest, living and working at a camp that inspires me every day. And while it currently feels like I am living the dream, it wasn’t that way for a long time. I hope you enjoy, I would love any and all feedback!

Some of my favorite things: dancing (alone in my bedroom and otherwise), taking photographs, traveling, hiking, spending hours in the ocean, reading historical fantasy fiction and inspirational quotes, and listening to records that lift me up.
